What I Offer
I approach my work with an open heart and hands, ready to help however I can. For example, I often help with infant care and feeding (including bottle-feeding and lactation support), sibling support and integration, light meal prep, nervous system support, mental health check-ins, and birth story processing.
What if you need something outside of my scope? I am so glad you asked. With my background working in perinatal health and support service navigation, I am well-connected and know my way around resources available, and I am happy to help get you connected.
Services & Offerings

Daytime support can look different depending on your goals and needs. We can talk about your birth, check in on your health and mental health needs, and work on baby feeding and care techniques. It might also look like me bringing you snacks and tidying up that endless pile of burp cloths and tiny onesies while you cuddle your baby.
Daytime support is generally offered in 4-hour shifts between 6-10 pm on M/T/W/Th, with full daytime hours available on Fridays and some weekends, at $50/hour.

Overnight support prioritizes getting you some much-needed rest. And that is truly priceless! While you rest and recover, I watch baby, bottle-feed, clean, sterilize, & deliver clean pump parts, and, if time permits, tidy up a bit to make your space more peaceful. If you are breastfeeding, I can bring baby right to you, and when you are done, you hand baby back and get back to snoozing! You wake up feeling ready to greet the day and your baby.
This support is offered in 8-hour minimum shifts between 9 pm and 7 am, at $55/hour.

This package is for someone wanting the full postpartum doula experience, plus a little more support. This includes 96 hours of postpartum doula support (your choice of overnight/evening/day hours, days of week based on my availability), 2 dinners meal-prepped in your home (groceries not included), and, 4 hours of date night/expert babysitting (to use with your partner, friend, or by yourself!) doula support to use before your baby’s first birthday. This package equals 104 hours of in-home support and is $5,500.

Once in a while, I can take birth clients. This package includes 2 prenatal sessions where we talk about your birth and postpartum goals, options, and questions. And of course, continuous labor support. The cherry on top? 16 hours of evening or overnight postpartum support. This premium package is $3,700.
